To meet demand for emerging mobile business models, ASAP designed and developed the Universal Mobile Server (UMS), merging Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) with Internet applications. UMS makes it possible for mobile users (customers, sales/support personnel, distributors) to easily access and interact with information and services from the Internet. UMS enhances communication and connectivity between customers and sales/support staff. Customers can place orders, verify shipment and perform other business operations... all through a wireless device.
